I'm an AuDHD, and I'm not playing, I'm trying to reconcile two idiots in my head, one of whom is pressing the gas, and the other is pressing the brake. Sometimes one of them gets tired and something happens :)

I also have AuDHD, and I totally understand wanting to have fresh, constantly changing novelty, while at the same time, also wanting boring and predictable routine.

It's exhausting. 🫤

Ugh, I've jumped from so many different kinds of jobs, some in my actual field (social work), other times in service industry (retail, line cool, barrista); bank teller; sous chef in an Indian kitchen (I'm white lol, just a fan of the food; got my foot in the door, though). Interpreting (ASL, Spanish) and translation of documents from English to Spanish.

My point being, once I've mastered a job, I get so effing bored from the monotony. It's actually excruciating. So much so that I've quit without another job lined up

The ADHD mode depiction is way more relatable than gaming on "hardest" difficulty, that's just autopilot where ADHD mode is a full-on sprint with no finish line.
