I feel like I am outlier when I see posts like this.

When it comes to personal hygiene, I can't stand the way my mouth feels if I don't brush and sometimes I feel like I can feel my teeth so I have to floss. Same with showering, I absolutely hate feeling grubby or greasy so I might shower multiple times a day if I'm active.

I feel the same, I'm sure we all do. It just doesn't get as high a priority as it perhaps should.

I do my teeth twice a day, usually, and shower every day at least once. my wife makes sure of that. she knows I'll forget to do it otherwise.

I rarely feel unclean. I'm rarely even aware of anything going on with me at all. I could have an active bleeding cut and not realise.
