occasionally i try to crastinate like a pro: get some random shit done i won't need for at least two months, just for shits and giggles. instead of, you know, the important stuff.

All three approaches are valid, A) charge to the right stimulation level to be capable of doing the job B) do the job but acknowledge that it's beyond current capacity so go straight to recovery or C) use anticipatory reward to start and then follow through afterwards. The hard thing is being able to know which one to choose as it's bloody catastrophic is I pick the wrong one 🤣
