Lap the Map

I just got back from a ride round Australia , covered 14,000 km in28 days

3 mates, GSA1200, fJr 1300, Yamaha Superten 1200 and my trusty Africa Twin crf1000

Cut short from bad weather down the South Coast of SA into Vic

Nice mate, we did Perth-Cape York-Perth, shit 12 years ago now, great ride.

yea was a great trip, you need to do it again , we do trips similar to this since 2010 , we found an old sticker and added the new one, we have these all over the place since 2012

Pretty easy mate ,avg km done per day was only 530, we stuck to the speed limits most of the time , saves fuel and less work on the bikes

Sick! Wish I did that during my 10 years there. Though I didn't waste it and was off riding lots of other routes.

Mitas E07+ rear, my goto rear tyre, and a Mitas Enduro Rally pro on the front , bot tyes wear very well and I am very happy wit the fron as this was my first run with that front tyre, the rear did the whole 14k, and is rooted and the front I bought it Broom and rode it down the west coast to the bottom of WA then across the nuallabore then air penisula then back home and still hase a bit over half tread left, This will now be my go to tyre for the frot
