Silly me didn’t realise that tickets for tomorrow were to be taken off sale by Wigan at 1pm yesterday. As a Latics fan living in the South I’d pencilled in this game to attend. Are away tickets usually able to be bought on the day from your ticket office? Or is it a case of call the ticket office first thing tomorrow morning to find out?

0-0 a fair result, no clear cut chances on either side. I thought we were much better than last week against Huddersfield, albeit it would be hard to be worse. We could have nicked it, but so could they. McDonnell in for the dropped Bishop, did well with a couple of smart saves but you can hear Bayzo saying ‘I expect you to save those’ when they watch it back. Stockley looks good.

With Rudoni now playing we’ve had Joe Whitworth, Michael Golding and Leon Chiwome who were all in the youth set up at some point and played at least one EPL game.
