I started making Ai music simply to create royalty-free background music for my YouTube videos and animation… But since I started uploading my lyrics, I’ve become addicted to it! I find it so enjoyable and emotionally rewarding listening to my own songs, even if I’m not the one playing or singing them. People who’ve criticized my use of Ai often dismiss the Ai usage when they’re own favorite artists use generative Ai to make up for their own shortcomings… For example, musicians who are not visual artists using Ai generated visuals, which is just the exact inverse of what I’m doing by creating the visuals, myself, and setting it to Ai audio. I usually create hand-drawn 2-d animation, and set it to Ai music. I’ve listen to both sides of this debate with an open-mind, but it’s become painfully obvious to me that people don’t hate generative Ai art or music, they hate how good it is, and how it makes them feel like they’re not good enough.

Hello, I just want to preface this that I'm not someone super pro or anti ai, I'm genuinely just intrigued about the making of (developing?) ai music.

I've heard of the app Suno and obviously I know about ChatGPT, but I was wondering what exactly people use to create ai music. I assume there's other (better?) apps or programs for making it? I've fiddled with Suno a little and didn't gain much from it. I'm also curious on what specifically motivates people to create music with ai in the first place. Thank you

I recorded a demo first with just vocals and guitar, and used Suno for the musical arrangement and vocal enhancement.

I come from Germany, just trying to learn with AI. I cannot play, I cannot sing, but I like Music. So I am glad to play with AI. I give you an excample for this, what I did.
