I finally decided to get the airpods pro 3. The first pictures was my old pair.

There used to be an ‚off‘ setting in the middle here where they just acted like normal earbuds without any anc or transparency functionality. Why is this removed?

I'm making this post because I legitimately thought I was losing my mind.

I've had my AirPods Pro for 3 years now and I would occasionally hear this faint, weird electronic beep in my room.

After hearing this sound in the dead of night one too many times, genuinely thinking I was either going insane or there’s a spy device in my room.

I realized after 3 years that the sound actually comes from my AirPods. Apple has it buried at the bottom of their support page: "To help ensure that your AirPods microphones and speakers are operating at their best... your AirPods may periodically play a quiet chime when they're in their charging case."

I use my Airpods Pro 3 2hrs daily and i charge them every 4 days. It feels a like a huge downgrade from the airpods pro 2s which last much longer.

I’m planning to buy the iPhone 18 Pro Max and currently have AirPods Pro 2.

Is it really necessary to upgrade my AirPods as well?

Air Pods Pro 3. Fakes on the left, bought them on flea market for $10. Real ones on the right. Fakes have good sound, deep bass. Lack of ANC. Identifying on Mac as real air pods with all functions as real ones. Visually very hard to identify which is which.

I have complained to chat support numerous times about my left AirPod not charging. They tell me to go to Best Buy and check them in for repair. I did that twice and they send them back saying they can’t duplicate the issue. The issue is that when the ear tips are on it doesn’t charge. If it’s off then there’s no issue. I was near the actual Apple Store last weekend so I took them in to see if they could find the issue that Best Buy wasn’t finding. The technician did 2 tests, found that the testing revealed that it wasn’t seeing the left AirPod. Thank you to that kind gentleman for confirming what I was having issues with. He couldn’t override the iPad saying that they had to send them off to service and couldn’t swap them in store. He tells me to take off the ear tips so that I get them back. Well guess what, I get an email today saying that they are sending them back because they can’t duplicate the issue. 🤦‍♀️ I am so over these stupid AirPods not charging and it’s wasting my time dealing with them. If the tech in store could see that there’s an issue, why can’t the people at the repair center see that there’s an issue? And why can’t they just fix my AirPods?

Hey yall, so i recently got the samsung 26 ultra (coming from iphone 12pro) and I've been using my air pods pro 2s with them, and I must say the overall sound quality has reduced, not by a lot but I can definetly feel it. Especially when I'm lifting weights. Just wanted to hear your thoughts about this.

I bought my son AirPod pro 3 last September. Today he went to put them on and they didn’t connect to his phone.

We then realized the case is not responsive. When you put the pods in, put on charger, double tap etc. has anyone dealt with this?

Ive had the airpods pro 3s for awhile now and i noticed that the battery on the charging case is worse than the airpods pro 2s which i previously had. Should i get it checked out?

I need some help choosing, I was going to prioritize ANC and longevtivity as well as comfort for long sessions. I'll mainly be using them everywhere (class), and sometimes gym during some of the week. I'm concerned about durability and longevity though.

I'm thinking mainly of either the Sony XM6 Earbuds or Airpod Pro 3's

Also Technics EAH-AZ100E-K and Google Pixel Buds Pro 2

Pro 2s have been pissing me off lately, poor fit which is effecting my ANC experience and the bluetooth connectivity randomly disconnecting from my iPhone and playing music out loud, I've had them for about 3 years though. Any suggestions would help.

What’s a feature, setting, or trick you discovered that actually made a difference?

I've had them for 2 years and this has never happened before today.

How do I turn this feature off? I’ve tried turning off auto ear detection and nothing changed.

I’ll be on a run and sweating and needing to adjust the pod in my ear and it pauses, so I have to readjust again to get it to play. And then I do the other ear and I wind up adjusting the thing 4 times. Very frustrating. Is there any way to turn this off? Thanks

Hi, short banter since I had the ANC Airpods 4 for less than a year before the right pod began refusing to charge in the case. I cleaned said case, then unpair it from all my devices. The problem now is that the case simply illuminates white, and only repeats. The pairing loop is constant and no bluetooth device can connect to my iPhone. Call for a replacement case, since I did have apple care on it. Yet I paid for express (84$), three days later I receive the replacement… They began illuminating white. They’re newly paired with my L and R pod before I notice they also won’t fix themselves by simply cleaning it again. Call Apple and plead for some kind of refund. Instead I was set to visit a local store for an Apple inspection. Stuck with both unresponsive cases and all I want is my money back. Anyone else?

I have an apple iphone 13 need an suggestion what to do I have 1500 rs ,want to try iem but im having port issues some says the adapter will fail in few days and will be some static sound.What should I do ,should I Just buy an apple earpods or try iem with adapter and which will last longer and which have better durabality

Ive been using Airpods Pro 3 for about a month and i can certainly confirm that it is a huge upgrade from the Pro 2s. The noise cancellation is better, the fit is better and it comes with more eartip sizes. It is also more water and dust resistant. But one thing i noticed was that the battery on the charging case depletes alot faster than the pro 2s but the airpods itself lasts longer. Any other thoughts on the pro 3s vs the pro 2s?

My right Airpod is breaking apart slowly but surely, it started off as a small crack but now i can kind of bend it, so it's probably just a matter of time until it's fully damaged. The service at an Apple store said they can't repair it and only do a full replacement for 140$, which I'm not going to do as long as it's basically working just fine.

Has anyone had a similar problem and been able to repair it? I'm guessing tape or glue is not the way to go here...

I've just noticed here in the past day or so that my APP 2 are playing a constant white noise when I put them in my ears. It sounds like being in a car going down the highway at high speeds with the window just barely cracked. Just a constant "whoosh" that doesn't vary in any way. When I play music or listen to a YouTube video on my phone or MacBook they sound fine. But when there's nothing playing, I can clearly hear the white noise coming from them. This includes all 3 listening modes: Transparency, Adaptive, and Noise Cancellation, and changing the listening mode doesn't help. It also affects them when I'm wearing just one AirPod or both at the same time.

I've tried cleaning them, resetting them per Apple's instructions, but nothing I do changes it. Just to rule out some weird setting on my iPhone or MacBook, I disabled Bluetooth on both devices and my AirPods still present with the same white noise. One thing I do find odd when resetting them to factory defaults, is that when I go to repair them with my iPhone, my name still comes up when it prompts me to connect them (I use a custom name for my AirPods so that they are easily identifiable in Find My.)

So, other than tinkering with settings on my iPhone, I'm not sure what else to do, but you would think that factory resetting them would wipe out all those settings, including the custom name I set for my AirPods when I first bought them years ago. Any ideas?

I definitely want Apple earbuds with silicone tips, because the regular AirPods don’t fit comfortably in my ears.

My budget is max €250. There seem to be so many different versions now, so I’m a bit lost.

Which AirPods would you recommend overall when it comes to price/quality, comfort, fit, sound, ANC, battery life, durability, design and how well they hold up over a few years?

i got gifted airpods pro 3 by my sibling last week cos ive been going on about them for ages. it was a very special day and gift. i took them out for a run today and unfortunately the case must’ve slipped out of my pocket and i haven’t been able to find it. before anyone asks, yes i have tried find my and going back and looking for them everywhere possible but i think they are gone.
now i’m absolutely devastated at the fact that i’ve lost such an expensive and precious gift. i don’t think i have the heart/budget to spend $180 on buying the replacement case. can someone share thoughts on the replacement cases sold on amazon? are they any good/ worth trying? or do i wait until i can save up for the replacement case in the future to be able to use the airpods?
