Cyanobacteria? fungi? or microalgae?
Hi everybody. Anyone knows what could be? I isolated on BG11 media and turn blue-green color so I think probably produce pigment ... or just a bunch of microalgae cells aglomerated ... or fungi contamination. I used 40 x and it´s a sample from haematococcus culture (outside) (originally Haematococcus culture)
Thanks :)

Seems like its a biofilm. Multiple species. Multiple domains. I don't see anything that looks like cyanobacteria. Mostly just algeas & a litte fungus like something from Achlya, Leptolegnia, or Saprolegnia. They can display some funky colours so thats likely where a blue shade would be coming from.
