Hard shell

I am new to alpanism and just bought myself a arcteryx beta is that enough for the zugspitze?
Any tips would be appreciated 👍

UltraLarp™ ( itll be fine but the lack of pit zips will be annoying )

Well, is an hardshell enough to stop some rain, snow,... yes, that is why it exists. I have some older and it works.

Many people say the new ones have some quality problems. I think its still served good, but not like in these 'peak days'

But what do you mean by 'is it enough'? 

Its not enough to climd it, a good base layer with some extra jacket to keep your warm is more then welcome :-).
