Good looking vehicle. I was considering getting an Eagle during the 80’s. I didn’t go through on it. Would like to have a restored one now.

More of these surviving than I would have thought!.
Quick story - the Olds dealer in our northern Rust Belt city had an “inside edge” in providing cruisers to our PD but eventually it grew silly —- huge 1972 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser station wagons that the city was paying $6500 each for.
So down the road when the corruption finally was stopped, the very first practical cruisers that were ordered were a fleet of these practical Eagle 4wd (awd?) wagons, and they worked so well they were the longest serving vehicles the PD had during those couple of decades.
