I think I'm long enough in the tooth to know in 5 minutes someone can fool me persona wise. What I do know is how often you floss, if you drink a lot of coffee, do you smoke, workout, sunk shoulders etc. Smile alot. All these little things tell us alot about a life and from that you can deduce little things.

Their weight, scent, style, and grooming convey lifestyle choices.

Ring on a ring finger? Married. Short, rough nails? Nail biter. Yellow teeth? Smoker (if their scent didn’t already give it away). Hangnails or worn nail edges? Anxious (supported by their expression and posture). Shoulders rolled forward, back arched forward? Desk job or heavy computer user, especially if arms are skinny and belly is not, which conveys a sedentary lifestyle.

Thick biceps and pecs but narrow waist and skinny legs and forearms? Dude goes to the gym out of a habit instead of health and does the same press routines.

Expensive clothing without brands/logos visible? Wealthy. Expensive clothing with brands visible? Frivolous, self-conscious, and/or gullible.

Calloused hands? Labourer. Muscular fingers on lean arms? Climber. Lean upper body with a big booty and thighs? Cyclist. Extremely lean with muscular calves? Runner.

Dirt under their finger nails? Gardener.
