Question The Baltic powers patch notes?

Will we get more substantial patch notes than those revealed with the baltic powers dlc?

There will be changes from the beta, so yes.

I mean they already patched the Beta and the patch they announced with the beta was pretty comprehensive

I doubt that there will be bigger changes.

Maybe some minor tweak here and there, or finishing some minor art issue, like the remaining Meji revolution portraits.

But something like the Irish revolution, I doubt it (there are leftover codes of it)

Yes, they really should re-release the patch notes, not only could there be last-minute changes during this time, but I also believe the open beta patch notes were deleted, they can no longer be found, at least not in official posts.
