Geometry Can someone help me solve this please

I am joining the union and this is a sample question and I am just not sure how to figure this out. The arc is throwing me off, it's the only one I am having trouble with. If someone could explain this to me I would be extremely appreciative. Thank you so much.

Drawing it out straight up from the center point makes it so obvious. Nice simple breakdown.

4 feet from the ground to the center point. 10' radius from there to all points on the arc. The straight up part is 4+10 = 14' off of the ground.

The answer should be 14'. From the bottom:

2' + 2' + 10' = 14'

Since a radius is given, we are allowed to assume the arc is circular, i.e. every point on the arc has distance 10' from the center point.

That also holds for the vertex, so we get "X = 2' + 2' + 10' = 14' ".
