Subreddit Updates (New Mod + Rules)
Hello hello, apologies for not being super active on this subreddit. In an effort to help cut down on the AI posts + general spam of people selling their wares I've invited u/nasnedigonyat to be a moderator. If anyone else would like to join and help out the more the merrier! An update on the subreddit guidelines:
- Posts must feature baby elephants
- Be kind and respectful to others
- No NSFW, graphic, or disturbing content
- No AI-generated images or videos
- No self-promotion, advertising, or spam
- No repost spam or karma farming
- Keep posts wholesome and on-topic
- No political or controversial discourse
- Do not share misleading or fake animal content
- Respect wildlife — no content showing abuse, harassment, or unsafe treatment of elephants
- No excessive captions, reaction bait, or engagement farming
- Follow all Reddit site-wide rules

Hello baby elephant enthusiasts! I'm happy to announce that a new subreddit has been launched - /r/antipoaching
I received a PM from /u/PrinceDakkar that he and some others are starting up a new subreddit called /r/antipoaching. They are all actively trying to draw some more attention to the specific concerns of wildlife poaching, resource poaching, human-wildlife conflict, and wildlife crimes that are contributing to all types of poaching and other problems in Africa and Asia.
I know everyone here can agree that they love to see these wild baby elephants, so in an attempt keep them happily in the wild, I simply ask you guys to go check it out if you have the time :)
Thank you!
