The driver kept getting in and out of the car but didn’t try to correct his parking.

She parked close so it was hard to get him in his car seat. I caught her coming out of her car and told her it wasn't a parking spot and she had to move, she said something in Spanish and walked off. A lot of people complain about this lady on class dojo, she just doesn't care
