That entire playoff run he was unbelievable. One of the best athletes I’ve ever seen in person.

Rick Rude's real name being Rick Rood will never not be funny compared to how hard some guys work on their wrestling name.

He’s done a bunch of these with the bat and the throwing paint at the canvas. He did a really cool one of Ryne Sandberg

I always find it amazing when a professional athlete has some other amazing talent... Then I look at myself and think, hey how come they get 2 and I get none?

This makes Dylan Cease's artwork look even worse, and it's already pretty bad.

Dylan is a little better at painting the corners.

I own some of his art. It’s awesome to see the many talents athletes develop in retirement.

Stealing artist jobs? How does one steal an artist job?
-6
u/okay_throwaway_today Chicago Cubs 7h ago
Have you not heard people saying AI is doing that for the last 3 years?
3
u/AugustOfChaos New York Yankees 7h ago
Well yeah obviously. I’m on Reddit, not under a rock. my question wasn’t about AI stealing jobs, but about a millionaire stealing artist jobs. Even if he was a millionaire, he’s still a human artist.

Never forget that Matt Szczur risked completely derailing his major league sports career to donate bone marrow and save a little kid's life.
The type of donation he did was intensive and basically ended his college season. It took a lot of guts to make that call.
I'm not surprised to see that he's thriving, post-MLB. I am a bit surprised that he's that good, these look great!
