xbow was a dlc weapon right? I can't remember it and I played this game so much back in the days!

Yep, Aftermath DLC which was the second to last one for BF3. One of the great expansion packs.

Didn't we have armored kill and endgame after that?

Nah Armored Kill was the one before Aftermath. It went:

Strike At Karkand -> Close Quarters -> Armored Kill -> Aftermath -> Endgame.
