Portfolioadvies Alternatieve portfolio's

Portfolio 1

FGBL, IE00BYTH6121, 50% (First Trust Global Equity Income)
CBUI, IE000H1H16W5, 50% (iShares MSCI World Value Factor Advanced)

Portfolio 2 (autovinvest saxo)

SXR8, IE00B5BMR087, 60% (iShares Core S&P 500)
CEMS, IE00BQN1K901, 25% (iShares Edge MSCI Europe Value Factor)
PRAM, LU2300295123, 15% (Amundi Prime Emerging Markets)

Voor het beschermende gedeelte van de portfolio's zou ik bij Keytrade kiezen voor:

Cash
BCFS, IE000V73IL86 (UBS US Equity Defensive Put Write)
UIQ4, IE00BLDGHT92 (UBS Euro Equity Defensive Put Write)

Beginner Pension fund, investments or mortgage?

Hi everybody! I need a suggestion. I was looking for consultants or adviseur to ask about it but many people in another post suggested to ask here, might worth a try.
I have 1k i can set aside every month, and I’m trying to understand how to place them.

Some details: I’m 30, a zzp, I don’t have a retirement fund, I don’t plan to become employed very soon. I might earn more in the future, so I might get to 1.25k, but for the moment let’s keep it to 1k.

I spent the summer trying to understand stuff by myself, but I’m very undecided. Some friends of mine (consultants themselves) insist that I should invest everything, as they bring more interests, in addition to the fact that money on retirement plans can’t be accessed whenever I want. Others people point to the tax benefit I would get by putting the entire amount in the fund. They would indeed be high, something like 4k per year. But investing with a 30+ years of horizon is also huge, and I don’t even know if I will make use of such high amount of tax benefits (freshly born zzp).

I had a meeting with a consultant and by putting the 1k in the pension fund, he showed me some projections that would bring me to roughly a million by the age I will retire. It sounds appealing! I was almost convinced, but I then I forgot that I am 30 and I live with flatmates. It would be nice to have an house for myself at some point.

I can’t have a mortgage before two years (baby zzp) and even after that, I may be able to borrow only 200k, which is a bit low. This means I need to use some money extra, that I clearly need to save. I have my own savings, roughly 70k, and reaching 100k or little more would be ideal. For this reason, putting all the money in the retirement fund might not be the best idea, as I wouldn’t be able to use them for the house.

(The 70k are already invested in bonds (is that how you say?) but in a bank in my country of origin, which I’m tired of. I can’t move for two years more, so not much to do about them)

What should I do? 50/50 and taking out the investments as needed? 100 towards investments? Live with flatmates for the rest of my life? Please help a poor zzp
