Beach recommendation
We are coming in on a cruise, looking for a beach we can get chairs, food, bar drinks BUT is not super crowded and the water is calm enough to bring a float chair and relax in the water

You are going to struggle to find somewhere with chairs, food, and bar drinks that is not crowded. There are options for day passes at hotels (https://www.gotobermuda.com/plan/inspiration/list/bermuda-resorts-that-offer-day-passes). Coco Reef would be my choice - the day pass includes lunch. The Reefs would be a better choice, a little higher end, but the availability of day passes is tied to the use of their spa - you have to book spa services to be able to buy a day pass to the resort. That's a goof option if you want to add a massage or something to the day's activities, which for me would make the day awesome.

We have been on a cruise and more recently stayed at Hamilton Princess. We very much lucked out going to Horseshoe when we did our cruise. The weather in the morning wasn't good, but we decided to go anyways and it was perfect. Although Hamilton Princess has its own (amazing) beach club, when we stayed we decided to go to Horseshoe again. We quickly turned around and went back to the resort club. It was insanely busy! Our taxi driver tried to warn us that it would be due to 2 ships being docked. It is beautiful if you can luck out with going on a not great weather day!

Go to horseshoe beach, it's the best on island but will likely be busy. 2 bays, the main beach and "baby bay" very calm. The main beach does get waves. You could hire beach loungers or the inflatable beds. There are changing rooms with toilets and showers plus food and drink for sale.

Everyone is raving about the newly opened Palmetto Beach Club if you want a club vibe. Calm seas depends on time of year but as mentioned, Clearwater is a nice option.

Best place would be Clearwater beach for this. You will not be disappointed.

Tobacco bay might be the most crowded beach when ships are in because it's so small. Wild recommendation.

Idk. I was there this last National Heroes Day, and it wasn't too bad. I came on the Independence, and a large NCL ship, think it was the Aqua, was there too. Maybe I was lucky

It was a good bit of luck. That was Carnival weekend... Many folks were not at the beach then but at various parties and events. Tobacco Bay is usually pretty busy

Clearwater, or even better the beaches beyond the gate at Coopers Island. They're a little rougher though as they're open to the ocean and depending on wind conditions but you'd probably have the whole beach to yourself.
