My little girl Charlotte had to be admitted for an emergency surgery over the weekend to remove nasty bladder stones.

She is currently laying on her favourite spot on my bed, she is next to me, she is drinking water and she has eaten. All good news so far, she also urinated. She had been very good with her post op meds. Tommorow we are going for a post op consult and in weeks time they will most likely remove the stitches.

She is a little fighter this baby of mine.

Meet Chloe! Fiancé and I went to visit this sweet girl in the shelter a couple weeks ago, and today we brought her home! So excited to add another puppy to our family! Vet records since birth say Bichon, not sure if she’s a purebred or mixed, all I know is she’s the best. I could not believe someone else hadn’t snatched her up yet. She was in the shelter for over a month so we’re taking it slow but she loves snuggles, licking my face, and her new fish friend. I can’t wait for her to settle in with us and show her personality 🩷

I’m scrolling through this sub and seeing all of the adorable Bichons of all ages and I’m noticing one thing that sticks out to me. None of the dogs on here seem to have the kind of crazy tear staining that my Sunny has. She’s 5 months old, I know she’s teething, but I see puppies about her age on here and they don’t appear to have as much of that if any. I clean her eye area daily and it just seems to pour out of her eyes. She isn’t really showing any other signs of allergies, shooks I be concerned? Did any other dogs have this when they were puppies and it got better? It looked better after a groom, but it’s still really happening.

New bichon owner (3 weeks in!) and had to show off my little teddy bear, Odysseus (aka Odie). Hope he brings a smile to your face like he brings a smile to mine.

Hi! This is my Bichon, Miugy 🥹 She’s 11 years old now, but she still looks like such a little baby ❤️ Or is that just me being biased? 😂

She’s around 7 kg (15 lb) and still likes running around outside and playing with her toys. She’s definitely gotten a bit more timid with age, though.

I kinda feel like she might not be 100% Bichon. 😂 Does anyone have any idea what she might be mixed with? I’d love to know!

Your sub keeps popping up on my feed. Cuties everywhere. I have a question regarding my bichon. His fur under his eyes stains with tears. I’ve seen so many of your photos on here without the staining. It could be freshly groomed. But I thought I would ask. Is there a product you guys use to prevent tear staining?
