Echauset headers design software

Hi I have developed a software to design and simulate exhaust headers and it is free for you to test and use for your own projects. In case you with to try it and share some feedback I'd be very grateful

design in what respect? Can't see much here, other than temps. Helpful to design for scavenging / sound?

For now you can use it to design the geometry of the headers and simulate its surface temperature distribution (and eventually loads of structural).

How many times you had to buy extra parts to weld your exhaust and had to return extra pieces or had to run to order new ones and how many times you had to repeat the work multiple times as you miscalculated something? Additionally, in some cases the selection of the materials is also important because some elements of the bike is exposed to too much heat etc. This tool helps you to:
1) Establish the best routing for the pipes.
2) See in advance what pieces you need
3) Generate a temperature map for the entire exhaust surface
4) generate the parts list with allt he relative 1:1 notching templates ready to be printed and placed on the real tube.

Unless you have other needs this is 100% free and more than enough for every typical project. Also on websites like Sketchfab you can find very often models of bikes and karts that youc an use as reference models, like done in the tutorial. :)
