I’ve been trying to buy crypto through Binance P2P for the last 2 hours, and it’s honestly getting so frustrating.
I see people posting ads saying they’re buying/selling, so I place an order. Then they ask for my Aadhaar card, PAN card, and even a bank statement. I provide everything they ask for, and after all that, they suddenly tell me to cancel the order. 🤦‍♂️
Like… why post a P2P ad if you’re just going to ask for a bunch of documents and then cancel anyway?

​The scammers claim there is a pending withdrawal request from India to create panic. Their main goal appears to be getting you to call the provided phone number (+49 304 173 3222). Once on the phone, the scammers will try to trick you into giving up your login credentials or 2FA codes.

I cannot seem to find information anywhere about BNFCR multi asset account on Binance futures and its taxation. Does opening and closing a position which P/L is settled in BNFCR creates a taxable event in EU? Or is it treated as crypto to crypto event, meaning no taxable event is created until the funds are coverted to fiat?

Has anyone dealt with BNFCR specifically and an EU tax authority?
