Question make a custom character
each person will give a seperate detail, name, unlock conditions, starting items (passive, active, pickup, and trinkets) small details like mag's hair, and special mechanics like tainted forgotten's bone clump, stats, and what items they unlock for getting marks and certain things

Well since we're starting with guillotine, its now a passive tgats always active, their special mechanic is that every enemy they kill drops their head, which goes along with their starting active(or pocket active) with a 1-3 room charge (not sure on the charge rate) called "consumpuation" which allows them to eat the heads of their enemies for an incremental buff by a "point" system, higher stat enemies = more points, after certain point milestones you get more buffs, snowballing in the later stages. Bosses drop their head but their heads become orbital familiars that orbit along with Isaac's head (cuz of guillotine) adding more shots to his attack, creating a solar system of heads of sorts, all shooting tears (think of Bethany shooting a bunch of tears from orbital in a way)

Is saw that someone suggested full rotten hearts, combined with the guillotine this could make for a pretty cool undead character!!

Unlocked after taking your normal run donation machine past 999 and blowing it up back to 0
