You mean you had unprotected sex July 31? If yes, she can take a pregnancy test now and the result will be definitive.

Sounds like she took emergency contraception which is good. She's likely not pregnant but she should test. And you two should stop having sex without a condom or other contraception if you don't want a pregnancy right now. Pullout method is really unreliable, peeing between two rounds of sex doesn't help decrease pregnancy risk.

She can and should take a pregnancy test 14 days from now, they're mostly accurate at that point. Definitive after 21 days.

her next period should be around next 2 weeks should we wait for her period to come and see it but the pill she took it said that can make her period come erlier or later

Moderate to heavy bleeding is not compatible with pregnancy.  Don't wait for the bleeding though because it might be late, do the test after 14 and 21 days. Emergency contraception can delay her period or cause irregular bleeding.

Plan B (levonorgestrel 1.5mg) is roughly 95% effective when taken within the first 24 hours, 88% within 25-48 hours. source

Her periods will likely be thrown off and bleeding after plan b is not a guarantee it worked

No one can tell you that. She could have been ovulating when she took the pill making it wholly ineffective. The only way to know is test.
