Theyve updated it so u don't have to downgrade bo3. Theres a guide on here somewhere

Just use Scroptss fork of T7 Patch and you will be fine.

Yes, but afaik you'll need to downgrade the bo3 exe version, there's a tutorial in here you can search, apparently the dev died
