Serious, anyone start again after stopping competing/gear after 10+ years?

How was your experience with muscle memory, etc? Mentally, it’s still there, even though I’m 75lbs less.

So I made a post 4.5 weeks ago saying I was 3.5 and 4.5 weeks out from my seasons planned shows . I competed in both and did well 😁 I have attached some photos . I won the overall in my regional show and won my classic IFBB pro card at the amateur Olmypia Eastern Europe in Romania on Saturday . I still haven’t let it sunk in yet and doesn’t feel real .

IFBB pro debut 2028 😁

Howdie neighbours!

Shit's about to hit the proverbial fan with your most humble servant entering his first ever peak week. Didn't expect it to start with a fat loading phase but you won't catch me complaining. What a delight it is to be able to eat so many egg yolks and that much dark chocolate; fats have been so low throughout prep that I'd almost forgotten how delicious they can be to the point where I'm not even feeling hungry or craving carbs at all.

PED's have been amended to lean more towards DHT derivatives with anavar bumped to 50 mg (var is bae).

So, for those of you who've been through it, how did 6ou like fat loading?
