Hi all I’m 26m living in Poole I’m looking for someone or a group of people that would be up for going on runs/jogs I haven’t got many friends so thought this would be a good place to post and try my luck!

Google 'parkrun poole'. They run every Saturday morning.

What sort of level are you and how far? There’s a run club does pier to pier on a Wednesday evening at 7 😊 a run club on a Monday from the running shop in Winton too. Sure there’s plenty of others

I’d consider myself a half decent runner I can do up to a marathon 5k time is around 19:30 and 10k time around 40 mins for my normal runs in the afternoon I will definitely check these out cheers

Sub 20 is pretty quick! Up for a run if you ever fancy company, I’ve an extra 10 years of bad knees on you so I’m a little slower tho.

Search for Coastal Collective on FB - although you might want more advanced groups given your pace - so maybe Lonely Goat or Poole Runners would be better
