Why isn’t this working? I’m a noob btw

It appears both leads of the LED are in the same row of tie points (row #28). That means they are electrically connected together. Therefore no current will flow through the LED and it will not light up.

Try putting one lead in an adjacent row (use rows #28 and #29 for example).

Does it seem so? It doesn't, the LED is plugged in incorrectly. Move one end of the LED to line 27 and move the yellow jumper there as well.

The led is supposed to be horizontally placed instead of vertically with positive being in same line as resistor. The yellow wire connecting to positive rail(left most) and led should instead be like one end in the same line as negative of led and other to the negative rail(rightmost). Tell me if it works

Move the leg of the LED closest to the resistor to row 29 also move the same leg of the resistor to row 19 If it still doesn't work check the polarity of the LED

Your power rails are not connected. You need the red power & black ground that run from the power supply to run to a single rail, then connect that rail to the other. There may be other issues but start there.
