Things are starting to get very busy for me, so I decided to keep things simple with this spread and focus on slowing down. It only took one day to complete. 😁

My first monthly spread in my new bullet journal (and my birthday month!). Island theme. Just started journaling last month and decided to set it up as a bullet journal this month. Super excited to get this month started!

Inspiration What do you constantly redraw in your bullet journal?

I’ve been messing around with CAD and 3D printing and thought making some BuJo stencils would be a fun little project.

But I don’t really want to make another stencil full of generic circles, stars, arrows, hearts, etc. There are already a million of those.

I’m more interested in the functional stuff, things you draw over and over when setting up pages. Weekly/monthly layouts, trackers, evenly spaced boxes or lines, headers, little sections for specific things, whatever.

So what do you constantly find yourself redrawing that you’d love to just trace and be done with?

Oddly specific answers are very welcome

Show me a picture of what you draw!

Question Finally setting up my first bullet journal

If you have an appointment do you add it to your phone and your bullet journal?
It’s probably just personal preference but I’ve never really learned how to plan and organize. So any hand holding is appreciated haha. I want to train myself to use the bullet journal consistently, but I’m terribly afraid I will forget everything if the notification on my phone doesn’t go off.

Monthly Overwhelming Times

I just wanted to share these 2 spreads from August (last month) for any folks just starting out in the BuJo World: sometimes LIFE just wipes you out and you find yourself not wanting or having the energy to sit at your desk at the day’s end and focus. I live in the U.S. and the vibe of the madness that we are made to be living through it SO damn heavy. I am emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually exhausted. As a Perfectionist, leaving pages like this never happen — I force myself to pull up my chair and do it. It was VERY difficult to allow myself some healing and quiet space the second half of last month. I’m sharing in case anyone else struggles with consistency…please do cut yourself some slack. I’ve been BuJo planning since 2012 and I am here to share with you: it’s okay to take a break. I wish you all who read this love and peace.♥️♥️♥️

Question MD A5 Codex 1 Day 1 Page Notebook - good idea?

Hi all,

After all the helpful and constructive answers on a previous post of mine, I was hoping to push the envelope a little bit.

Is there any reason why I shouldn’t use the MD A5 Codex 1 Day 1 Page notebook for BuJo? I’d pair it with a hardcover to make it a little sturdier.

Or should I just use the hardcover L1917 A5 dotted?

I would be using a .5 Energel pen, most likely.

Or, as I suspect the sentiment will be, I should just pick one and get on with it… a sentiment I fully support, by the way, and intend to do forthwith. 😉

Thanks all. I really appreciate your patience and wisdom.

Question Sisterhood of traveling journal Europe

Hello,

France 🇫🇷, Allemagne 🇩🇪, Belgique 🇧🇪, Italie 🇮🇹, Espagne 🇪🇸, Pays-Bas 🇳🇱

Si jamais tu es intéressée n’hésite pas à me faire signe
