Store hours weirdness

Craving a buffalo chicken sandwich. Google Maps says store closes at midnight, sign on the door says drive thru closes at midnight. I reach the drive thru at 11:25, automatic recording says “sorry we are closed, come back during normal business hours”

While I’m pulled over and looking up other places to go, I see a car pull up to the drive thru and then to the window and someone hands them food. I lean out my window and ask “are yall open”, the lady says “yes, well online orders only”. So I jump on the Arby’s app to place an order and the app says the store is closed. wtf?

Anyways, I got whataburger spicy chicken sandwich instead and it was great, just bummed I couldn’t use any of my Arby’s coupons.

Some stores have automatic messages that start 11 even though they close at midnight. Just managers not knowing how to change the message time in the headset system.

The online shuts off by a certain time. You probably came too late try coming earlier...Just saying. We eventually have to close the store and get people off the clock yet the owners won't close its really dumb but yeah welcome to Arbys lol

Then change the closing time to 11:30?

I think a lot of stores are starting to close at 11:30 because of lack of sales, my location did. But our Google and Apple Maps says 12. Same thing at my McDonald’s, we are 24 hours and have been for 8 months yet any maps says 12am. I think it just takes a while to update on the maps ends
