Hi All

Looking to buy a caddy and noticed this switch on one.

Obviously aftermarket, any ideas what it could be used for, please? My first thought was either a remap or turning the odometer off, as keep coming across vans that seem poor condition for their mileage (or mileage not matching history) so thinking it's a thing people are doing to Caddys.
