Fun fact: The Americans using "Lake America" as a jab at us is really easy to counter
The solution is to just ignore it or write "nobody cares". They prey on attention

Canada should sabotage Trump’s “Lake America” by renaming Lake Erie “Lake America” too, making the name useless for communication
Now that Trump has renamed Lake Ontario “Lake America” for U.S. federal purposes, Canada should rename Lake Erie “Lake America” too.
The point would be deliberate ambiguity. Whenever someone mentions “Lake America,” you would have to ask whether they mean Lake Ontario under U.S. terminology or Lake Erie under Canadian terminology.
That makes the new name bad at its most basic job: identifying a place.
Canada can’t stop the U.S. from using the name, but it can make it inconvenient enough that everyone else keeps saying “Lake Ontario” and “Lake Erie.”
What do you think of this idea?

As an American that never voted for Trump
There are many things I hate about Trump and that he has done.
His treatment of Canada for one is absolutely hilarious and well deserved. I hope he finishes destroying your useless country, you glorified indian colony.
You guys are the most irrelevant, self righteous, insufferable pompous cockroaches in this planet. You don’t contribute anything but suck your own dicks every chance you get. Watching you become a new province of India is absolutely hilarious.
I follow closely the economic data from the Bank of Canada just to laugh. None of you will ever own a home, and your parents will be offered MAID for whatever basic treatable condition.
The reason I worry about Trumps trade wars and his actual wars, is because they actually affect the rest humanity. Canada is the most irrelevant country on earth, and it won’t be missed when it completes its gestation into a 3rd world backwater.
Please continue boycotting the US, it’s nice not having to deal with your inferiority complex on a night out. While you are at it, come get Justine Trudeau out of here.
