Getting around?
Uber can’t pick up at my hotel (Royalton Splash) but I want to go to Aqua World to do the speed boat. How can I get there?

The bus will pick you up almost anywhere but they are all along the hotel zone strip just put your hand up in the air when you see a bus coming. They are red or orange and are like $2

Why can’t Uber pick up? We had no issues.

When I go to the uber website it says pick up is unavailable at the location

How weird! The only time we have had issues is where there is a taxi rank near. Never inside a hotel grounds though.

We’ve stayed Riviera Maya and Costa Mujeres and have had no issues. Longest wait we had was 10 mins.

I respectfully disagree. We have been picked up by Uber to go from Dreams RM to Cancun and also Dreams to PDC. Including the return journey.

Did you ask hotel staff for help? They may be able to call you a cab; make sure to negotiate the price before stepping foot into the cab.
