Let me start off by saying I will not answer any dms about this. Any communications that anyone wants to have, do it through the comments replies on here.

That being said, I am hoping someone can clarify something. I need to do the Cardano migration off of Secondfi wallet, however there is not an option for me to migrate my Cardano in the SecondFi app. I am using a ledger hardware wallet, however I don't have a seed phrase for the wallet because when I created the wallet years ago I believe it didn't give me a seed phrase at all since I just synced it using my ledger? So is the ledger seed phrase the seed phrase to use? Otherwise I don't have a seed phrase for Yoroi/SecondFi, so then I can't just simply import my wallet to another interface. And like I said I don't even have an option to migrate in the app, I believe because I'm going through said ledger device.

So does anybody know the process to import the wallet to a new interface such as lace or eternl if I don't have a seed phrase for my secondfi wallet? Do I just use my ledger's seed phrase? or when going through lace or eternl does it connect automatically with the ledger without even needing any seed phrases at all? Also which wallet do you suggest to use... thanks in advance for any help, I'm not used to doing all this wallet stuff.

Somehow, I’ve lost touch with the Cardano scene. In previous years, I felt like I had a good overview of what was going on thanks to various YouTubers, and I also kept an eye on the market through Taptools. Then the whole MELD scam was exposed, and suddenly these YouTubers were just crying and apologizing in their videos before gradually disappearing. Now that Taptools has also disappeared recently, I’m feeling a bit lost. X/Twitter hasn’t been particularly helpful so far either. How and where do you guys stay informed?

The idea: customer signs the USDCx burn in their own wallet, Circle's xReserve redeems it to USDC, a licensed off-ramp deposits USD in the business's bank. The business never holds a wallet or touches a token.

I took this to Catalyst and it was archived — no first-two-weeks activation plan, and I claimed a maturity level that didn't hold up while still hiring the integration dev. Both fair. I can still validate the technical path myself on Circle's testnet, and I'll open-source the harness regardless.

What I can't test alone is demand.

Would you actually place that order? And if not — is it shipping cost, trusting an unknown merchant, the ~2hr finality window, or just preferring to hold?

If the answer is no, I'd rather know before I build it.

Assets in secondfi yorio walley and cant migrate them to my new wallet as it isnt giving me the option can anyone help please

Satya Ranjan, Lead Blockchain Architect at the Cardano Foundation, just published a piece about building on Cardano in Java. Short version: if you know Java, you don't need to learn a new language or toolchain to build here.

The first half is the practical part. The BloxBean libraries let you build transactions, read what's happening on chain and run a local test network on your laptop, all through the Maven and Spring Boot setup most Java teams already have. This is what Reeve runs on in production, and OriginateNavio and USDM use it too.

The second half is the fun part: three experimental projects, all open source, none production-ready.

1. Yano, a Cardano node written in Java that runs inside your own app, and can replay the chain from genesis for testing
2. JuLC, which compiles Java into Plutus smart contracts, so you write validators as Java classes
3. ZeroJ, zero-knowledge proofs in pure Java, verified on chain

These can still change between releases, so poke at them, don't ship on them. Satya's asking for feedback and issues on all three.

At one point I had set up my Ada to be staked, I did this through Daedalus… this was several years ago.
Then at another point I had accessed my Ada wallet through Yoroi, but I didn’t touch or move anything. (Unsure if this is relevant or not).

Well today I transferred the majority of my Ada to sell it - but for whatever reason I can’t transfer the last 10% or so out of my wallet using Lace.
Can anyone help me with why this may be? The remaining balance is than the ‘rewards’ amount shown, but it’s kinda close.

I did the step where it said to delegate my voting rights or whatever. But it still won’t let me transfer my remaining amount out of my wallet - I haven’t looked at Ada forever so I apologize if this is an easy question but just trying to figure out how to get the rest moved.

It tells me I need to transfer my ada

When I go to the app it tells me to migrate
But could I just put in my binance Ada address ? ( I’m planing on selling )

I wanted to test it out with a few ADA but it only lets me send everything…
