Ive been trying to look thru cartoon characters with new york accents, which im thinking there would probably be no real shortage of, but im just struggling a lot with trying to search for it online because its just a step too specific, and i was hoping people here would be able to think of more characters than i can

All i can think of right now is bugs bunny, and that one purple pigeon from bolt.
I honestly dont even need a really strong accent just audible enough/for the va to actually be from ny. I know theres a lot of characters voiced by gilbert gottfried that fit this but all examples i could find too far are just too raspy/"gargly" for what im looking for.

The question is a bit weird but I thought about it that when I'll have kids I probably will not let them use streaming services until a certain age of maturity since I believe this kind of ability (to stream whatever, whenever) actually hurts kids education and development, especially when it comes to delayed gratification.

So I want to compile a collection of all the quality shows, from toddler age to teenage, for shows about curiosity, animals, creativity, music, science, social skills, behavior, values, and anything else that is of substance.

obviously with age some more cartoons can be present that aren't just educational (things that are fun and action like Ben 10, Danny phantom, gravity falls, and more.

They can be from any time, preferably ones with English dub though.

I'm looking for recommendations from anyone, preferably the educational and earlier stuff of ages 3-8, but also will appreciate any cartoon that's quality content, but please also always include what you think is the recommended age, for example little einsteins age 3/4+.

Don't you find weird how people doesn't really take on Reboots properly? I don't mean it from the generalized opinion that "Reboots are the worst cuz they shit on everything", which proven wrong by some like Be Cool, Scooby-Doo! or Ultimate Spider-Man which are entertaining their own way, and others like Ben 10 and Cyberverse reboots improving on certain aspects of their previous entries.

I mean it because, when you actually look at the cartoon Reboots sector you realize that most of them aren't really watched, analyzed or even known. I know there are people who has watched them, me included. But I don't think it's talked enough how unexplored this landscape is. And no, the bad Reboots era isn't even an excuse because some of the pictured Reboots actually came before it.

Tom and Jerry Tales is from 2006. Inspector Gadget reboot and Wabbit are from 2015. The Garfield Show is from 2008. Pink Panther and Pals is from 2010. Strawberry Shortcake's Berry Bitty Adventures is from 2009. Ultimate Spider-Man is from 2012. Max Steel reboot is from 2013. It doesn't end there, because the Reboot sector is ***HUGE*** and there's a lotta series I haven't mentioned or even knew before.

At worst, Reboots are more forgotten than hated, independently of their quality. Even the good ones seem like a majority in comparison. And haven't looked yet in the anime Reboots sector, but know how things tend to be I'll guess it'd be almost the same. But well, that's all I've got to say. What are your insights on this topic?
