It literally worked this morning 😆 peak as we can't access all features through the website

My phone is from 2018 so not even super old and still works great 😐

We hear you, and we're continuously working on ways to improve the platform. In the meantime, please know that you can access our website on your mobile browser as well as on your desktop.

Hey Jess, previously I've done that and I haven't been able to access features such as updating my profile and pricing - which is what I'm worried about.

Do you know whether Rover will become available again for android 10 users on the playstore as this issue makes communicating and working through the Rover app difficult 😔 I'd really appreciate it if you could escalate this to the appropriate team for me. Thank you.

Going by previous experience I've never known a previous version to be reintroduced 😞

Thanks Keith :( it looks like there are websites where I can probably get the version of the app I had installed yesterday morning but feels wild that I should even have to. I can't find anything confirming they've definitely removed support for android 10 either 😔

I will absolutely escalate this to the team for you - as far as updating your profile and pricing, you should be able to do that on your mobile browser and desktop as well. Are you unable to do so?

This is ridiculous! Imagine if someone is in the middle of a pet sitting gig, and their app goes buggy, they uninstall it after nothing else works and suddenly this happens.

I am in the middle of a pet sitting gig 😭 I'm certainly not buying a new phone just for Rover when it works fine and so does every other app. Just when I'd settled in and actually started to like a handful of the features too 😆

Other apps when they remove support for older ios and android have atleast notified you beforehand and rover is far more basic of an app in comparison.
