Advice Newly adopted cat does this 2-3 times a day

what does it mean and is it something I should be worried about?

My neutered cat does this at least once a day. I call it his “blanket time” 😅

I’ve read it’s a behavior thing. Sometimes a soothing method. Sometimes I think they just want to do it 🤣

Mine has a "Lovey pillow" I gave up on it, and put it near his cat condo.
