Advice Can anything be done legally to stop neighbors from luring away my barn cats?

There's not much to be done. However if you feed those cats sufficiently they will be less inclined to abandon your property in favor of them. Well fed cats still hunt and kill enough to prevent you from having a rodent problem. They do it for sport. Unless they feel you are a secure source of food they will be willing to abandon their territory. If well fed they will feel secure enough tor reduce their range and not want to forgo your property (their territorial range) in order to find food

I should specifiy that I have lived and 'owned' stray and feral cats for 21 years (only inside now though) including in farm country and have never had your issue despite only living on 1 acre. Fed cats are content and don't prowel if TNC and have the security of a food and water source at their 'home'

OP keeps posting this, they refuse to do anything else for the cats or have any kind of fencing and live on a small enough farm for them to wander to a neighbor’s house often. If they are outdoor animals with the freedom and choice to wander, you can’t really be *that* shocked when they wander. They’re animals, they don’t see property lines, they see opportunities for food

Don't know about anywhere else except Arizona.

Here cats are considered wild animals and as such you can't be held legally accountable for what they do.

Without containing them in some way on your property, I doubt you have any recourse to "my neighbors are feeding my cats good stuff when they're on their property".

I completely understand why it bothers you.
