Nanalo si Jenny Barzaga sa special election sa Cavite 4th District, pero ang dating tuloy ay Barzaga family pa rin ang may hawak ng distrito.

Mula kay Elpidio Barzaga, napunta kay Kiko Barzaga ang congressional seat, at matapos ma-expel si Kiko sa House, si Mayor Jenny naman ang tumakbo at nanalo para kunin ang parehong posisyon.

Walang duda na malaki ang lamang ni Jenny sa election. Pero valid pa rin sigurong itanong: choice ba talaga ito ng mga botante based on her own qualifications and platform, o malakas lang talaga ang political machinery at pangalan ng Barzaga family sa Dasmariñas?

Kung paulit-ulit lang na umiikot sa iisang pamilya ang mga posisyon, paano magkakaroon ng tunay na political competition sa distrito?

Hi! My sister’s schedule kasi is at 7am. I usually ride dun sa vans sa may PTT but nung nagtanong ako, earliest trip daw is 6am so medyo alanganin. Heard din that there’s a van (?) terminal around SM Molino going to Makati na umaalis ng earlier than 6am, so wanted to confirm if this was true. Or if meron po other van terminals na kaya for 7am na pasok (where po exactly and what time earliest trip).

📍Wondellea Cafe
I recently visited Wondellea and honestly, the place is such a unique experience. The tables and chairs are all different, there are lots of antiques and interesting pieces on display, and basically every corner feels like it was made for photos.

In the garden there are lots of plants, figurines, and little details to look at, so walking around feels like exploring rather than just going to a cafe. It’s actually a cafe and resort, so they also have a pool, a slide, and a small play area for kids.
I also tried some of their food. Presentation-wise, everything looked really nice, but thankfully it wasn’t just pretty—the food tasted good too. I would say the prices are on the pricier side compared with your usual cafes, though.
They also have a bakery/pastry section, which is nice if you’re just looking for something small to have with your coffee instead of ordering a full meal.

Hi everyone, especially fellow GenTri residents! Need some advice or shared experiences regarding PDAO General Trias.

I applied for my PWD ID around 4 weeks ago. They told me to wait 1 to 2 weeks for a text or call once it’s ready for pickup since the ID supposedly still needs the physical signature of the Mayor (honestly wondering why they haven't transitioned to digital signatures or PVC cards yet, but that's another story).

It’s been a full month now with zero updates. I tried:

* Messaging their official page/inquiry channels (no reply)

* Calling their hotline / mobile numbers (it just keeps ringing, nobody picks up)

For those who recently applied or claimed their PWD ID in GenTri:

* Is this normal turnaround time right now?

* Should I just walk in directly to the PDAO officr to check, or will they turn me away if I haven't received a text yet?

* Which office or desk should I head straight to so I don't get bounced around?

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
