Tier 1 [Matt Law]: Chelsea had reached full written club-to-club agreement with Monaco for Camara. But having renegotiated the Balogun deal to Everton, Monaco have withdrawn the agreement with Chelsea for Camara. Fair to say Chelsea are absolutely fuming and regard it unprofessional behaviour.
