Means what? I know of no such term.
Ordinary solutions (well-mixed) do not have pH gradients. The pH is uniform (except maybe at the sub-molecular scale, which we would not usually pay attention to -- pH is a macroscopic phenomenon.)

SIR CAN U PLEASE TELL ME THAT IF POTENTIAL GRADIENT OF HYDROGEN TYPE THING EVER EXIST FOR U ... WHAT WOULD IT BE ... AND DOES IT FIT ANYHOW IN WHAT I JYST SAID .........MY THAUGHT CAME FROM POTENTIAL DEFINATION FROM PHYSICS ...??????????

In an ordinary well-mixed solution, there would not be a gradient of H+ ions. The concentration would be uniform. (Again, except for the subtlety of right at an ionizable group.)
There is something called the chemical potential of a species. It is closely related to concentration. It does indeed relate to the physics meaning of potential.
