Troubleshooting | Windows GMail issue using the "Enter" key

Hi! This is my first post!

The "Enter" key stopped working for me in Gmail. The one next to the ' doesn't work, but the one on the number pad does work. The first one sends the email instead of going to the next line. ChatGPT gave me many things to try, and none have worked. I'm using Chrome on a PC and an external keyboard on a desktop computer. It works in other programs and on my phone. Help!
