Limits What does this even mean?

When I have 100% weekly limits, 5hr limit gives me 16% of weekly limit usage. Now that I have 2% weekly limit, will 100% of my 5 hour limit give me 2% of weekly usage or 15?

This is soo confusing

Seemed pretty self explanatory was it not? If 100% 5hr limits is equal to 16% weekly limit, what does 100% hourly limit mean when I only have 2% weekly limit left

If the weekly ends you can't continue even though you have more in the season limit

it means u can use ~20% of that 100

weekly is the authority, when it runs out, your 5hr also runs out... you have basically nothing left
