Clothing or Makeup Recommendations (INCLUDE SEASON IN TITLE!) question

so i am a true winter, if i use fake tan with warm undertone would that help me pull off warm colors?

No, neither tanning nor fake tanning changes your season.

But if you want to wear warm colors, wear warm colors. Color analysis is about your best colors, not your only colors.

If this is something you have to wear, e.g. for a wedding, consider cool-colored makeup, and drape yourself in a burgundy scarf for the reception. (Burgundy is a gorgeous Winter cross-over color that can work with a lot of warmer colors).
