I know hes been around a while, but I only recently discovered him. He's so good! His stuff has like, a really fun texture to it

He's probably one of the most improved artists from the 90s. Back then he was mostly known as an inker and the stuff he drew was very 90s Liefeld camp art. But over the past 25 years, he has taken his art serious and has improved to be a very talented artist while also crafting a unique style for himself
