We moved in to our house about a year ago, and for the first time I have space for a dedicated comic bookshelf shelf! There is a ton of room to grow, but just seeing them all together is amazing. I am happy to take any suggestions for books to add based on what’s already in the collection.

Hey 👋

I just got a new shelf for my comics and figures and I’m looking for some lights to make it pop a little more. Preferably without much cable management required. What do you guys recommend?

The shelf model is Kallax from IKEA.

Question How to size my collection?

Hey guys - Hope you can help me size my collection.

Background - I’m 53. Stopped collecting at 29 as kids and life came along. Started when I was 12, so a solid 17 years of collecting (during the highest comic book production era). I don’t think I have much of value in my collection. They’ve been in my basement since I moved. Rarely do I go in there.

Have a ton of long boxes and short comic book boxes.
How do I size each box? I don’t have them over or under stuffed.

Thanks - I’ll come back with photos and questions.
