Reminds me of a soviet joke.
A judge is exiting the courtroom laughing himself silly. An aide nearby notices and asks him if he's OK. In-between laughs, the judge explains:
- Hahaha, yes, yes! I just heard the funniest joke in the world!
- Oh, may I hear it?
- I can't tell it!! I just sentenced the guy who said it in public to 10 years in Siberia!!

A devil and an angel were hanging out.
"Angel, can I stick my horn in your halo?"
"Why, devil? I don't think we know each other that well."
"Please, it's only my horn."
"Fine! But you need to close your eyes."
"Not fair, you close your eyes too then!"
After a few minutes the angel says "You know that's not my halo, right?"
