What has a baby ever done for me? Except maybe being lighter than a drunk friend when they poop themselves and need to be put to bed. But that's hardly worth an award.

When our kids were still in elementary school, my spouse started responding to their "will you buy me a __________?" questions by making them fill out custom designed Purchase Request Forms.
It helped teach them money management, but more importantly amused the hell out of us.
