Oh, and he didn't realize the vent did not open... but its usually very reliable so he went anyways. Now he's in a full fight with a god tier strength compatant, so opening up the suit would be fatal.... he probably invented nanobots just for poop cleanup, and oh look, they can do other things!

The pants are bunched up under the suit so it's super uncomfortable and he can't do anything about it while in the suit.
