Other people laugh at it. Probably the visual gags at the elf's exaggerated faces, usually done in the style of popular memes. It's pandering to the audience, but it gets upvotes because they find it funny. Not a crazy concept for most to wrap their heads around. But not finding it funny is also fine. Plenty of people probably don't like their style, but usually just... scroll past.
It's takes significant layers of crust and misery to go on a 5 paragraph rant and compulsively respond to every comment about it to complain more. Like why be so dedicated to hating something...

When someone wipes dogshit on your car window on a nearly daily basis you would be bothered too. This isn't front page worthy and is not funny regardless of how you imagine my life may be.
I understand people laugh because face. It isn't funny. There isn't a joke. And it is incredibly repetitive. If someone earns income off of being funny can I not expect they make more than ONE JOKE in their entire lifetime of work?
yeah but thats it. you could just block the artist and never see it. But you don't. You just wanna make a huge performative act about how much better your taste is than the artist while obsessively focusing all your attention on them.
